Louise Tideswell - director
Louise has twelve years experience in Local Authority Sports Development with three Local Authorities. Having begun a career in Leisure as a coach and Leisure Centre Duty Manager, she moved to work in community sports development with disengaged young people before becoming a sports specific Development Officer. Louise has worked as National Development Manager for Basketball (Outdoor Basketball Initiative) before joining the Football Association in 2000.
As an FA Regional Development Manager, Louise has worked in the East Midlands developing junior football clubs and implementing a range of FA national development initiatives. She was also responsible for assessing all Football Foundation applications for funding, and advising the Foundation's Panel prior to a grant being made. During her time at The FA, Louise assessed forty bids. Every applicant successfully gained their grant.
